This policy applies to purchases made on viraledeg.com and is aligned with Egypt’s consumer protection rules.
1) Change-of-Mind Returns — 14 Days
You may return or exchange any eligible item within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason, provided the item is in original condition (unused, unwashed, undamaged), in its original packaging with all accessories, tags, manuals, and gifts included. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. (Statutory right under Egyptian law.)

You’ll cover return shipping for change-of-mind returns; original shipping/COD fees aren’t refundable. We can provide a prepaid label and deduct its cost from your refund.
2) Defective or Not-as-Described — 30 Days
If an item is defective or does not conform to the description/purpose, you can return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. We cover all reasonable return shipping costs. Remedies include replacement or full refund.

3) How to Start a Return
Email returns@viraledeg.com with your order number, item(s), and reason (or “no reason” for change-of-mind). For damage/short-shipments, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the parcel and product. We’ll reply with a Return Authorization and instructions.
4) Inspection & Refund Time
Returns are inspected on receipt. If approved, refunds are processed within 7 days to the original payment method. If a return is incomplete (missing parts/gifts) or not in resale condition, we may adjust the refund accordingly.

5) Promotions & Sale Events
We honor your legal return rights during promotions. During sale periods, the following apply to change-of-mind returns/exchanges (defective/not-as-described items remain fully covered under Section 2):
Items must meet all original-condition requirements; any free gifts/bundle items received with the order must be returned as well, otherwise their value may be deducted.
Price adjustments are not offered if the price changes before/after your purchase.
You may choose exchange (same item/color/size if available) or refund per Section 1; exchanges ship after we receive and check the return.
For clarity: we do not exclude or suspend your 14-day statutory right during sales. (The Consumer Protection Agency confirms returns/exchanges still apply in sale periods.)

6) What’s Not Returnable (Statutory Exceptions)
Your 14-day “no-reason” return right does not apply where the law excludes it, including:
Custom-made or personalized goods that match your specifications;
Perishable/fast-consumption goods;
Software/recordings/printed media where the seal is opened;
Items not in the same condition due to consumer-caused damage/misuse.
These exceptions are defined by the law/executive regulations.

7) Compatibility & Use (Gym Gear / Magnetic Accessories)
Ensure compatibility (e.g., MagSafe cases, surfaces suitable for adhesive mounts).
Follow safety guidance for magnetic products (may affect cards, electronics, medical implants; keep away from children).
For Gym Gear, use responsibly; misuse may cause injury. (These notes don’t limit your statutory remedies if the item is defective/not-as-described.)
8) Exchanges (Process)
Exchanges are treated like a return + new order. If the exchange item’s price differs, we’ll collect the difference or refund any excess. If the requested variant is unavailable, you may opt for a refund per Section 1.ate and federal courts located in us for the resolution of any disputes.
