1) Agreement to Terms

You must be at least 18 years old or using the Site under the supervision of a parent/guardian. You confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use. We may refuse service, close accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion.

4) Products & Information

We sell fitness accessories (Gym Gear) and Holders & Grips (including magnetic phone accessories and mounts). We try to display colors, finishes, and compatibility as accurately as possible, but minor variations can occur due to screen settings, lighting, or supplier updates. Images are illustrative; actual packaging or details may differ.

Safety & Use

Gym Gear: Use responsibly. Warm up properly and choose appropriate resistance/loads. If you have a medical condition or injury, consult a professional before use. Misuse may cause injury.

Magnetic Accessories: Strong magnets can interfere with credit cards, magnetic storage, electronic devices, or medical implants (e.g., pacemakers). Keep magnets away from children and sensitive devices. Follow mounting instructions carefully; check adhesion regularly.

5) Prices, Taxes, & Availability

Prices are shown in EGP (unless stated otherwise). We may change prices, promotions, or availability at any time. If an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

6) Orders & Payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept the offer when we send a dispatch/fulfilment confirmation. We may reject or cancel orders (for example, due to stock limits, pricing errors, or suspected fraud).
Payment methods are shown at checkout (e.g., cards, cash-on-delivery if available). By submitting payment details, you confirm you are authorized to use the method provided.

7) Shipping & Delivery (Egypt)

We deliver within Egypt to the areas listed at checkout. Delivery timeframes shown on the Site are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide. Please inspect parcels on arrival and report any visible damage immediately to the courier and to us.

Note: A separate Returns & Exchanges policy may be posted later; until then, statutory consumer rights apply as required by local law.

8) Promotions, Coupons & Gift Cards

Promotional codes or vouchers are subject to their stated terms, valid for one use per customer unless stated otherwise, non-transferable, and cannot be combined with other offers or exchanged for cash. We may modify or withdraw promotions at any time.
